Description
It has an immediate impact on the game
White is not one of the main flash colors, but all colors have access to it if they need it mechanically (usually because they have an enters-the-battlefield trigger that needs to happen on the opponent's turn)
Every Magic Card Sorted by CMC Mana Value or Converted Mana Cost
Slight of Hand is also in this bracket but is a more noticeable step down in potency
However, they've exploded into popularity in the last few years because of beloved sets like Ixalan
