Description
Norns Choirmaster lets you proliferate whenever your Commander enters play or attacks
Three mana to bring a single tapped basic into play isnt a great deal, but the fact that Earthbender Ascension also makes you a 2/2 via Earthbending more than makes up for that
This made my top spot because its not just a great deck to play, but it represents how far along the Commander product line has come
8 Reliquary Tower Reliquary Tower is a Commander staple in Magic: The Gathering due to being a land with an invaluable ability that can fit in any deck
The cards here are more broadly useful, too, so I could see this being the most popular of the three drops by far
