Description
The design is festive and lighthearted, showing Pikachu with a birthday cake and party hat
The downside here is you dont get to shuffle whats on top like in blue - you can however, target any player in the game
Most of them are cheaper cards that are priced at $0.10 or less due to their lack of general playability
There are no booster packs or boxes combining both halves of the set
It showed that we were learning how potent typal themes can be in making a card stand out
