Description
3 Aphelia, Viper Whisperer Anime - $47.67 An exceptionally strong legendary creature, Aphelia, Viper Whisperer has plenty of abilities to get the game under your control and keep your opponent's life total at a manageable amount
However, as we've already alluded to, this is actually a great mechanic if you're looking to interact with your graveyard
The Time Spiral block had a nostalgia theme, with Time Spiral looking back to the past
The best cards from Zendikar Rising were the cycle of rares like Emeria's Call // Emeria, Shattered Skyclave that all clocked in at seven mana, which generally translated into it defaulting as a land unless you happened to draw it late in a stalled-out game
Translated to MTG, and it can be relatively chumped somewhat safely, but it will never die in battle that way, at least not on its owner's turn
