Description
Cards that are of Legendary rarity in their non-Enchanted incarnations also tend to get a boost, as do any that prove to be a major part of the gameplay meta
Having a way to combo off and generate absurd amounts of mana in the command zone that also has a win condition stapled to it is firmly in the high end of Bracket 3 or just straight up Bracket 4 or higher, based on the cards you end up including in the deck
Ruby isnt only for newer players, though
Moreover, youre also a Urzas Saga deck
It has an overwhelming effect on Voltron or Spellslinger decks
