mtg alpha booster box - Case - Alpha exclusive card treatments mtg alpha booster pack -
Description
Platinum Angel Theres nothing special about Platinum Angel when you first see it
Three mana to grab two lands out the deck is fine, but the ability to drop lands in as a catch-up, Burgeoning effect is what takes it higher
Add in the Treasure aspect - itself a newly pushed mechanic with some fun uses - and how that ties into Black cards like Revel in Riches, and you've got a recipe for a really sweet commander
The fact that the Monster Protectors: Gloss broke down so quickly is disappointing
Holding all else equal, we want to invest in cards with low sentiment
