banned mtg commander cards and Restricted Announcement – April 22, 2025 Commander Players: How Would You
Description
Why it's rare: Mickeys iconic status and the cards enchanting artwork make it a highly coveted piece among collectors of Lorcana
Furthermore, Magic is releasing a two-player Starter Set with Cloud, Planets Champion and Sephiroth, Planets Heir as the featured cards
At the beginning of the player's next end step, they must sacrifice the Creature
These dont have a separate rarity code but are effectively much rarer pulls (for instance, you might get ~2 alternate art cards per booster case of 12 boxes, depending on the set)
Those permanents phase out
