ivysaur pokemon card 2/73 PL 167/165 Ivysaur 35/100 Prerelease Pokemon Card
Description
These cards can modify the game's rules in minor but impactful ways, from altering the amount of damage Pokmon can deal or receive to changing the Energy costs of attacks
Like Panoptic Mirror, this card could sit in both the Too Easy to Break and Unfun to Play Against camps, and the common thread is that they both steal too much of the clock time in a multiplayer game
Same cards
The plus side is, if you catch up on prizes or have less than your opponent, this card still counts as one C Energy
(Create a token thats a copy of a creature token you control.) Life breaks free
