Description
They should do the same
I'm here to ask QS readers if they have any interest in such a thing
Birgi's mana boost is why she's a big deal, and Harnfel, Horn of Bounty plays quite nicely into that ability
This means you could drop a land and a few Mox, then trade your hand in for a brand new one on your first turn, and leaving your opponent with a potentially bad hand.
This also has great scaling with any pump effects you have and can actually be quite a dangerous threat
