To add a little tweak to it, I designed a few cards that triggered when you cycled a card
They felt an uncommon cycle was about the size they wanted for the dragonstorms
It hits for 24 a turn cycle if no one can stop it, which is hard to do because of double strike and the anti-sacrifice clause
It does not even make sense to start listing all the relevant targets that it can hit
Lifes too precious to sit around and watch someone tap and untap their mana rocks over and over again
