Description
After getting my hands on the expansion for the first time, it's safe to say that this is one of the best times I have had opening cards in ages
whether it's a niche release or hype bonanza, WoTC promos can fall at either end of the spectrum
Part 1: Miscuts General rule of thumb: If it doesnt show a 2nd card, its NOT a miscut
Ornate Imitations and Fear of Change can conjure any card that exists on Arena
These cards are intended solely for personal proxy use and collection purposes
